The Year of the Rabbit has arrived! Some of the older residents of our China Healing Home welcomed the lunar new year by putting on festive and furry rabbit-themed coats and celebrating in a local park. Their shenanigans are sure to bring a smile!
Kolby got into the spirit of the new year by pretending he was a rabbit and hopping around.
Katrina and Tobias showed off their rabbit gear by a peaceful lake.
Jerome enjoyed running in the open spaces and getting a piggyback ride from his nanny.
Noodles are said to bring good fortune for the new year, so Tessa’s nanny made sure she got her fill of this tasty treat.
When the friends returned to the healing home, they discovered that Baby Wes was also celebrating the Year of the Rabbit.
In fact, Wes got to dress up too!
We’re so grateful that the children in our healing home are able to partake in the many traditions of ringing in the lunar new year. Here’s wishing everyone in our wonderful LWB community a happy and hope-filled Year of the Rabbit!
