Everyone in the adoption world knows about the importance of "crib mates" - those babies who share a crib or are "next door neighbors" to each other. This photo was taken as two such neighbors reached over to grab each other's hands. How special it is for adoptive parents to learn which children shared a room with their child. Often these friendships are continued even after adoption...reinforcing the bonds formed from the earliest of days.

Programs

LWB is a charity dedicated to helping orphans in China. Our mission statement is: Love Without Boundaries Foundation is a worldwide group of volunteers dedicated to improving the lives of orphaned and impoverished children in China. We provide humanitarian aid in five key areas – Education, Foster Care, Healing Homes, Medical, and Orphanage Assistance – enabling children to receive families through adoption or to become self-sustaining members of their communities.
