Team LWB runs Marine Corps Marathon 2010

MCM, 10K and Kids Fun Run in Washington, DC; October 30-31, 2010

Join us for the 35th annual Marine Corps Marathon! The funds raised for the Marine Corps Marathon 2010 will go directly to support orphaned children in China in one of LWB's Healing Homes. Our Healing Homes care for some of the most vulnerable orphaned children in China: children born with medical needs that often cannot be met in an institutional setting.

Runners from across the country and around the world will experience the energy and excitement of the Marine Corps Marathon. The 35th annual event features a 26.2 mile course showcasing the legendary landmarks of the nation's capital as it travels throughout Washington, DC and Arlington, Virginia. Voted "Best Marathon for Families", the Marine Corps Marathon continues a combined tradition of dedication, sportsmanship and patriotism. Runners from all walks of life have participated in "The People's Marathon."
