Orphanage Assistance

Through our Orphanage Assistance Program, we have helped many orphanages acquire the supplies necessary to provide safety and comfort to the children, and also to enrich their lives. Things like: safe cribs and warm quilts, heating and cooling systems, clean drinking water, warm winter coats and clothing, diapers, formula, washing machines and dryers, incubators, toys and outdoor playground equipment.

Ways You Can Help

1) Donate to our General Fund and help meet urgent requests for assistance. For example, in early 2008 we were able to provide heaters, blankets and even coal to orphanages hit by the unprecedented snowstorms. This help was vital for keeping the children warm and healthy. Many of the orphanages we help with this fund do not participate in international adoption and therefore do not have the support of parent Yahoo groups; so our assistance is all they have.

From time to time, we hear about children who need individual help–like an older child with a bladder condition who needed special diapers so he could attend public school. The general fund allows us to provide immediate assistance to these children.

2) Give Back! Contact us about donating to a specific orphanage. We can help you identify their needs and donate supplies of your choice. Individuals and parent groups donated to over 40 orphanages so far this year! We have several projects that still need funding.
