Orphanage Assistance is a program which many parents and parent groups have utilized to help coordinate a fundraiser to make a donation to a specific orphanage--often their child's. This program also helps orphanages that are not supported by international adoption and poor rural orphanages. Urgent requests for assistance are funded through our General Orphanage Assistance fund.

Tuan Yuan Adoption Assistance is a grant program offered whenever our fund reaches $3,000. A child is identified on a Waiting Children list, and a grant is offered for that child to hopefully help the right family find them. This is a wonderful program that helpsplace some incredible kids with their forever families.

Physical Therapy Projects currently take place in several orphanages. We attempt to identify children who can benefit from PT as early as possible. Through PT services, children are helped to meet developmental milestones and hopefully be placed on Waiting Children lists so they can be placed in the loving homes they deserve.

Coats for Kids has provided over 1800 coats to rural and orphaned children over the past two years. With a donation of $10 you can provide warmth for a child through the cold winter months. Gift cards are also available to send when you order a coat in honor of someone else. Let us know if you are interested in this option in the Note section of your donation.

The "Born in My Heart Art Auction" is held annually to raise money for heart surgeries for orphaned children who might never know that miracle without our help. We receive many wonderful donations of paintings, photography, sculpture, quilts, gift baskets, China-related books, dolls, heirlooms, jewelry, and other beautiful items.
