March 17, 2013, I will be back walking the ASICS LA Marathon Route for my third year. I will be walkingthe half Marathan (13 miles) with the Love Without Boundaries Team. Katie Yingling was and is my inspiration. 3 years ago, I went to China to birth Katie into her forever family,Doug and Karen Yingling. She stole my heart the moment, ok, two days after I met her and it happenedat the Great Wall outside Beiging.This darling child had been abondoned when she was two years old. Man, I can't deal.I love hanging with the Yingling brood and in the course of knowing them, I have met the mostbright and beautiful children. Many of these children had been born with easily remedied medicalconditions such as cleft palate. Enter LOVE WITHOUT BOUNDARIES an organization that helps orphaned children in China to havethe medical care they need.My goal this year is to raise $2500. $2500 can help 10 chidren have an initial cleft palate procedure.I appeal to your good graces to donate to my walk to help the children.
