Orphanage Assistance
LWB's Orphanage Assistance Program provides supplies to children residing in orphanages throughout China for their safety and comfort and to enrich their lives. Items provided include safe cribs and warm quilts, heating and cooling systems, clean drinking water, warm winter coats and clothing, diapers, formula, washing machines and dryers, incubators, toys and playground equipment, and more. Our orphanage assistance program also provides supplemental services, such as extra caregiver assistance and orphanage doctors.
Ways You Can Help
- Make a donation to our General Orphanage Assistance Fund to help meet urgent requests for assistance for formula, clothing, diapers and other special items. Many of the orphanages helped with this fund are ones where we do not have other ongoing programs. This program enables us to help many more orphanages than we could otherwise assist.
- Visit our Special Projects page to learn of projects helping provide basic necessities for children residing in orphanages.
You can make a difference in the life of a child through a one-time or monthly donation to our orphanage assistance program or by sponsoring an orphanage assistance project. Sponsors will receive regular updates and photos.
