Foster Care Program

Our goal is to remove a child from the institutional setting of an orphanage, and allow the child to develop his or her full potential in the loving care of a foster family in a home setting. Your sponsorship gift will allow a child the chance to know loving care of a mother and a father.

Program Philosophy:

We focus on the whole child and the children in our programs are filled with hope for their futures. We have hired a China Foster Care Director whose full time job is to oversee our large China Staff of Foster Care Managers to ensure that our foster care programs are running smoothly and that the children are doing well.  We monitor our programs very carefully with local managers who frequently visit the children in their homes.  By having local managers, not only can they spend quality time with the families, but they can also quickly provide extra nutrition, medical care or other supplies as needed. Sponsorships are $35/month. As a sponsor, you will receive monthly updates about your child, and see exactly how your donation has impacted that child's life.

Anhui Cleft Healing Home

This Cleft Home will be a warm, safe home for 25-30 children born with cleft lip and palate to be sent so they can grow and thrive.Please visit our new blog to hear the latest news on our children. http://lwbclefthome.blogspot.com/.
