We would be pleased to email you copies of any photos or information that we may have on file for your child. Due to strict rules from the CCAA, we can only send information after your child is adopted and living in your home. Please submit this form to us after your adoption trip. If we have any information or photos for your child, we will send them to you as soon as we are able. In some cases, particularly with group sponsorship programs, we do not have individual information or names of the children in our photographs. If you can include a photo taken around the time of your child's adoption, that may help us to find photos in past reports.
